1 DEFINITIONS
1.1 “Cheeba Cheeba”, “we”, “us”, “our” means Cheeba Cheeba Ltd, Company No. 12706136, trading from 111 Chesterfield Road, Sheffield S8 0RN, United Kingdom.
1.2 “Customer”, “you”, “your” means any natural or legal person purchasing Products from us, whether in-store or via cheebacheebacbd.co.uk.
1.3 “Products” means the goods listed in Section 2 of this Policy.
1.4 “Return Window” has the meaning given in Section 4.
1.5 “RMA” means a written Return Merchandise Authorisation issued by us.
2 SCOPE OF PRODUCTS
This Policy applies to the full Cheeba Cheeba range, including:

Broad- and full-spectrum CBD oils and tinctures

CBD gummies & other CBD edibles

CBD vape liquids & pre-filled cartridges
-
CBD capsules, supplements & adaptogenic blends
-
CBD cosmetics, balms, topicals & bath products
-
Functional mushroom capsules
-
Shilajit resins and capsules
-
Cheeba Cheeba branded merchandise (hoodies, tees, sweatshirts, beanies, backpacks, accessories)
Nothing in this section limits the statutory rights referred to in Section 3.
3 STATUTORY RIGHTS
Nothing in this Policy restricts or excludes any rights afforded to consumers under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, or any other mandatory legislation.
4 RETURN WINDOW
You may initiate a return within thirty (30) calendar days of:
a) the date the Products are delivered to the address supplied at checkout (online sales); or
b) the date of purchase shown on your in-store receipt (retail sales).
5 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Unopened Products | Must remain factory-sealed, unused and unaltered, with all security seals, labels and swing-tags intact. |
Opened Products – non-defective | Not eligible for return or exchange. |
Opened Products – defective/incorrect | May be returned under Section 6. |
Proof of Purchase | Original receipt, packing slip or order-confirmation email is mandatory. |
6 DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
6.1 Inspection duty. You must examine all deliveries promptly on receipt.
6.2 Notice period. Defects, damage or fulfilment errors must be reported to cheebacheeba@gmail.com within seven (7) days, attaching photographs and proof of purchase.
6.3 Verification. We may require the goods to be returned or presented for inspection before any remedy is offered.
6.4 Remedies. Where verified, we will, at our sole discretion and expense:
a) replace the Product;
b) refund the purchase price (including standard delivery charges); or
c) issue store credit of equivalent value.
If carriage is required, we will supply a prepaid return label.
7 NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unless Section 6 applies, the following are non-returnable:

Perishable goods or freshly prepared beverages

Personalised or custom-made items

Opened cosmetics, toiletries or other personal-care items

Hazardous substances, flammable liquids or gases

Clearance or sale items, and gift cards
8 RETURN PROCEDURE
a) Request RMA. Email us with order/receipt details and reason for return.
b) Authorisation. We will issue an RMA and, where applicable, a prepaid label.
c) Ship or deliver.
• Online orders: send via the designated carrier using the provided label.
• In-store purchases: hand-deliver to the address in Section 12.
d) Risk of loss. Risk transfers to us only when we physically receive the goods.
9 REFUNDS
9.1 We inspect returns within five (5) business days of receipt.
9.2 You will receive email confirmation of approval or rejection.
9.3 Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within five to ten (5–10) business days, subject to your card issuer’s processing timetable.
10 EXCHANGES
We do not offer like-for-like exchanges. Please return unwanted goods under Sections 4–8 and place a new order for the desired item.
11 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Except as required by law, our maximum aggregate liability in respect of any Product shall not exceed the price paid for that Product. We accept no liability for indirect, consequential or punitive losses, including loss of profit or goodwill.
12 GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Policy, and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising from or in connection with it, shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, save that consumers may bring proceedings in the part of the United Kingdom in which they reside.
13 AMENDMENTS
We may amend this Policy at any time. Revisions take effect when posted on cheebacheebacbd.co.uk. Your continued use of our services or any subsequent purchase constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
